Patrick got his port put in yesterday and it went really well. Through the port (in his chest) the nurses will be able to take blood and administer Chemo and other medicines as needed. He is enjoying his last day of fun at the Carolina football game today with Dad before Chemo starts tomorrow. His attitude is amazing!!
We can not stop thinking about the amazing donor who has a heart of gold, even though we don’t know who it is, without him this whole process would not be possible.
Also shoutout to our cousin Burns who was in the same situation as Patrick and with the help of his brother (his donor) he is now “cured”!! Burns has been so supportive and we are very thankful for him!!!

DOT -4 (4 days before the transplant)à Chemo
DOT -3 à Chemo
DOT -2 à Chemo
DOT -1 à Chemo
DOT 0 à Transplant day!!!!
